Affidavit: Creagh Parish

I entered into Composition on the terms proposed by my Parishioners and gave receipts in full to all who paid five twelfths of the tithe already due— I did not attempt any compulsory measures this Spring and I soon found from the detrimental combination which had extended throughout the country that it would be worse than useless to press them.
